About K. Lee
"Wounded healer...I'm not just neurotic but my pets are too (namely Buddha my pig and Beatrice the cat)." -K. Lee Kappmeier
If you are viewing this page, then you too were lucky enough to have met and, needless to say, befriend the dearest of the biker goddesses and true yogi, K.Lee. How can anyone attempt to summarize a person’s life in a few paragraphs? Certainly, it is impossible to do for someone like K.Lee!
K.Lee was full of life, positive energy, love, excitement, wonder, independence, uniqueness, quick-wit, adventure, caring, intelligence, knowledge, and spirituality. She was a teacher, artist, musician, motorcyclist, author, world traveler, therapist, yogi, and friend. She motivated and inspired many. K.Lee was passionate, focused, and determined. She gave of herself, never expecting anything in return. She was truly an old soul.
Mentioning a shortlist of accomplishments would not do her justice. Suffice to say that she will be missed, and that she left a mark. In her words: “If there’s anything you really want to do, don’t wait to do it.” We can all still learn from her.
K.Lee, you are missed and loved. Find all the best roads up there and save us all some good parking spaces for our bikes when it's our turn. And when we hear thunder, we’ll know it’s you on the biggest bad-ass Indian roaring along, having a blast! xoxoxo from all of your Sisters...R.I.P.

From Kip: "St Francis and his prayer were very special to her."
Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace;
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love;
for it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
Amen.
